Welcome to Project ClayPlay

Project Clayplay, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization was formed in 2008 with the primary focus of breaking down barriers faced by economically challenged kids–including transportation, money, facilities, and equipment–so they can learn to be creative, with clay and with their own lives.

It is an organization of Austin artists, local businesspersons and community members.
Project ClayPlay provides ceramic arts activities by way of mobile art studio, to the underserved community within the greater Austin, TX area.

We provide our “Mud Daubers,” or mobile ceramic arts studio Airstreams, to neighborhoods, community centers, youth programs that seek to experience the benefits of arts activities and education in a community environment where arts programs and funding is consistently reduced, or now nonexistent.

Learn more about scheduling youth classes or a team building event, learn more about our mission or make a donation to keep our Project on the road.
